RULES AND REGULATIONS OF
THE 16TH WORLD CHINESE KUOSHU CHAMPIONSHIP

 

一、宗旨Purpose：

匯集國際間愛好中華國術人士於一堂，砥礪武德、切磋武藝，以弘揚中華國術世界，促進人類健康、國際交流及友誼。

To create unity and friendship across international borders through Chinese kuoshu, to emulate martial arts and ethics among kuoshu lovers and to promote Chinese kuoshu throughout the world with the aim of improving people’s health.

 

二、指導單位.Directorial Units：

2019年11月9-10日2天。NOV 9-10, 2019 (2 days)

 

七、比賽地點：俄羅斯-頓河畔羅斯托夫舉行。

Venue of Competition：Stadium of School number 77, at Rostov-on-Don, Russia.

 

八、報名截止日期Deadline of Entry：

2019年8月30日24小時止。24:00 hours of AUG 30, 2019

 

九、領隊技術會議Team Leaders and Technical Conference：

日期Date：2019年11月8日早上9點。9:00 NOV 8, 2019

地點Venue：meeting room of hotel Donskaya Roshcha, Rostov-on-Don, Russia.

各國領隊、教練如遇項目需更改等事項，當日會議提出否則逾期不受理。

If a team leader or coach needs a change of items, they should bring it forth to the meeting on the day for a solution; otherwise, their presentation will be ignored.

 

十、選手報到過磅抽簽Registration, Weigh-in, and Lots-drawing：

2019年11月8日早上8點至10點整。08:00-10:00, NOV 8, 2019

擂台賽選手當日未參加報到、磅重、抽簽，如同棄權不得提出任何異議。

Athletes participating in Leitai competitions who don’t take registration, lots-drawing on the designated day will be considered forfeit of participating right

 

十一、年齢組別分為Age Groups：

• 拳術兩組Two Age Groups of Forms

1)青年組Teenager：未滿18足歲,18 years of age and under(2001年11月8日以後出生者born afterNOV8,2001)。

2)壯年組Social Section：未滿30足歲,30 years of age and under(1989年11月8日以前出生者born before NOV8,1989)。

 

• 徒手擂台賽Bare-hand Leitai (sparring contest)：

壯年組Social Section：年滿17足歲以上17 years of age and above，(2002年11月8日以前出生者born before NOV 8, 2002)。

 

• 掛技擂台賽初級Kuachi Leitai-elementary：

壯年組Social Section：年滿17足歲以上17 years of age and above，(2002年11月8日以前出生者born before NOV 8, 2002)。

 

• 摔跤擂台賽 Shuai-Jiao Leitai：

壯年組Social Section：年滿17足歲以上17 years of age and above，(2002年11月8日以前出生者born before NOV 8, 2002)。

 

十二、競賽項目Items of competition：

男子組、女子組Men and Women Sections

• 擂台賽Leitai Competition (sparring contest)：

徒手擂台賽Bare-hand Leitai：量級區分Classification of weight:

1）男性Men：

依選手體重標準分為下列十級

Divided into 10 weight classes based on body weight:

輕丙級：48公斤以下。       Light C: Under 48 kg。

輕乙級：48.1公斤至52公斤。Light B: 48.1-52 kg。

輕甲級：52.1公斤至56公斤。Light A: 52.1-56 kg。

中丙級：56.1公斤至60公斤。Middle C: 56.1-60 kg。

中乙級：60.1公斤至65公斤。Middle B: 60.1-65 kg。

中甲級：65.1公斤至70公斤。Middle A: 65.1-70 kg。

重丙級：70.1公斤至75公斤。Heavy C: 70.1-75 kg。

重乙級：75.1公斤至80公斤。Heavy B: 75.1-80 kg。

重甲級：80.1公斤至85公斤。Heavy A: 80.1-85 kg。

超重量級：85.1公斤。Super Heavy: 85.1 kg and above。

 

2）女性Women：

依體重標準分為下列七級:

Divided into 7 weight classes based on body weight

輕丙級：46公斤以下。Light C: 46 kg and under

輕乙級：46.1公斤至50公斤。Light B: 46.1-50 kg

中丙級：50.1公斤至54公斤。Middle C: 50.1-54 kg

中乙級：54.1公斤至58公斤。Middle B: 54.1-58 kg

重丙級：58.1公斤至62公斤。Heavy C: 58.1-62 kg

重乙級：62.1公斤至66公斤。Heavy B: 62.1-66 kg

超重量級：66.1公斤以上。Super heavy: 66.1 kg and above

 

• 掛技擂台賽初級Kuachi Leitai-elementary：

量級區分 Classification of weight:

1）男性Men:

依選手體重標準分為下列九級

Divided into 9 classes based on body weight:

第一級:55公斤以下。

Class 1: 55 kg and under

第二級:55.01公斤以上(含)至60公斤以下(含)。

Class 2: 55.01-60m kg (inclusive)

第三級:60.01公斤以上(含)至65公斤以下(含)。

Class 3 60.01-65 kg (inclusive)。

第四級:65.01公斤以上(含)至70公斤以下(含)。

Class 4 : 65.01- 70 kg (inclusive)

第五級:70.01公斤以上(含)至75公斤以下(含)。

Class 5: 70.01-75 kg (inclusive)

第六級:75.01公斤以上(含)至80公斤以下(含)。

Class 6: 75.01-80 kg (inclusive)

第七級:80.01公斤以上(含)至85公斤以下(含)。

Class 7: 80.01-85 kg (inclusive)

第八級:85.01公斤以上(含)至90公斤以下(含)。

Class 8: 85.01-90 kg (inclusive)

第九級:90.01公斤以上。

Class 9: 90.01 kg and above

 

2）女性Women：

依選手體重標準分為下列九級 Divided into 9 classes based on body weight:

第一級:45公斤(含)以下。

Class 1: 45 kg and under (inclusive)

第二級:45.01公斤以上(含)至50公斤以下(含)。

Class 2: 45.01-50 kg (inclusive)

第三級:50.01公斤以上(含)至55公斤以下(含)。

Class 3: 50.01-55 kg (inclusive)

第四級:55.01公斤以上(含)至60公斤以下(含)。

Class 4: 55.01-60 kg (inclusive)

第五級:60.01公斤以上(含)至65公斤以下(含)。

Class 5: 60.01-65 kg (inclusive)

第六級:65.01公斤以上(含)至70公斤以下(含)。

Class 6: 65.01-70 kg (inclusive)

第七級:70.01公斤以上(含)至75公斤以下(含)。

Class 8: 70.01-75 kg (inclusive)

第八級:75.01公斤以上(含)至80公斤以下(含)。

Class 8: 75.01-80 kg (inclusive)

第九級:80.01公斤以上。Class 9: 80.01 and above

稱「以下」者，連本數在內，稱「以上」者，本數不在內。

If a weight indicates “under’, the weight proper is inclusive and Indicates “above”, not inclusive.

 

• 摔跤擂台賽 Shuai-Jiao Leitai：

1）男性Men:

依選手體重標準分為下列十級

Divided into 10 classes based on body weight:

第一級:56公斤以下。

Class 1: 56 kg and under

第二級:56.01公斤以上(含)至60公斤以下(含)。

Class 2: 56.01-60kg (inclusive)

第三級:60.01公斤以上(含)至65公斤以下(含)。

Class 3 60.01-65kg (inclusive)。

第四級:65.01公斤以上(含)至70公斤以下(含)。

Class 4 65.01-70 kg (inclusive)。

第五級:70.01公斤以上(含)至75公斤以下(含)。

Class 5: 70.01- 75 kg (inclusive)

第六級:75.01公斤以上(含)至82公斤以下(含)。

Class 6: 75.01-82 kg (inclusive)

第七級:82.01公斤以上(含)至90公斤以下(含)。

Class 7: 82.01-90 kg (inclusive)

第八級:90.01公斤以上(含)至100公斤以下(含)。

Class 8: 90.01-100 kg (inclusive)

第九級:100.01公斤以上(含)至115公斤以下(含)。

Class 9: 100.01-115 kg (inclusive)

第十級:115.01公斤以上。

Class 10: 115.01 kg and above

1）賽前(報到時)須按規定過磅，凡體重不合註冊之級別規定或不參加過磅者，取消其參賽資格。

Upon registration, a contestant shall complete weigh-in. Those whose weight classes don’t comply with the entry regulations, or who fail to complete weigh-in shall be disqualified for competition.

 

2）正式過磅前可試磅一次，過磅為淨重且以一次為限，超重或體重不足者，取消參賽資格。

Before official weigh-in, a test weigh-in can be taken, but only once. Those whose weights are more or less than their entry ones shall be disqualified for competition.

 

3）每賽員不依大會排定公佈之賽程、時間、參加「拳術」、「兵器」、「掛技」、或擂台其中任何一項經鑑定成績不合格者不得參加擂台賽。

Any contestant who fails to follow the officially announced competition schedule and time to participate in forms, weaponry, kuachi or after being tested whose results of one of the above items do not come up to the established qualification, shall not take part in the leitai competitions

 

4）徒手擂台賽採淘汰制(一場三局，每局三分鐘，三戰兩勝制)。

Elimination system is adopted for bare-hand leitai (Each bout consists of 3 rounds, each round lasts 3 minutes with two wins of the three rounds as winning the bout.)

 

5）徒手、掛技、摔跤擂台賽，每人限報一量級，不可跨項。

A contestant is limited to take one weight to participate in bare-hand, kuachi, and Shuai-Jiao leitai; no jumping to weight higher than the entry weight is permitted.

 

6) 參加「拳術、兵器」、「徒手、掛技、摔跤擂台賽」未滿十八歲者，需檢附家長同意書。

A letter of agreement from his/her parents is needed for an athlete at age of 15 or below if he/she takes part in forms, weaponry, bare-hand kuachi leitai and Shuai-Jiao leitai

 

 

（三）拳術比賽：分為男子、女子組拳術(拳種自選一項)

Forms contest: consisting of men and women forms ( optional, a contestant can choose either form or Forms )

「不得演練亞洲武術聯合會及國際武術聯合會規定之套路、不符合者不予評」，違者棄權論。

The styles of Forms prescribed by Wushu Federation of Asia and International Wushu Federation is not included in the program of this championship. Therefore, no scores will be given to those who practice such styles of Forms. It must be noted in advance what school of Forms a contestant practices. If the school practiced is found different from being noted, the contestant could forfeit the right to take part in competitions.

 

1）拳術：（南、北、內家拳任選一項) 。

Forms (selection of Southern, or Northern, or NeichiaChuan)

(1)男子南拳men, southern school

(2)女子南拳women, southern school

(3)男子北拳men, northern school

(4)女子北拳women, northern school

(5)男子內家拳 (形意、八卦、太極拳) men, neichiachuan ( xinyi, bakua, taichichuan)

(6)女子內家拳 (形意、八卦、太極拳)women, neichiachuan ( xinyi, bakua, taichichuan)

 

2）兵器: (長、短、奇兵器任選一項)。

Weaponry (selection of long, or short or miscellaneous weapons)「不得演練亞洲武術聯合會及國際武術聯合會規定之套路、不符合者不予評分」，註明淵源系派，核對不符者棄權論。

The styles of Forms prescribed by Wushu Federation of Asia and International Wushu Federation are not included in the program of this championship. Therefore, no scores will be given to those who practice such styles of Forms. It must be noted in advance what school of Forms a contestant practices. If the school practiced is found different from being noted, the contestant could forfeit the right to take part in competitions.

 

(1)男子長兵器men, long weapon

(2)女子長兵器women, long weapon

(3)男子短兵器men, short weapon

(4)女子短兵器women, short weapon

(5)男子奇兵器men, miscellaneous weapons

(6)女子奇兵器women, miscellaneous weapons

 

3）對練: (不分拳術、兵器，一對一以上)

Double event ( one vis-à-vis one regardless of form and weaponry )

(1)男子組men section。(2)女子組women section。

 

4）每一選手比賽項目不得超過兩項(即拳術、兵器各一項，不論單練或對練，每項以1~3分鐘為限)。

Each contestant cannot take more than two items (one form and one weaponry). Whether it is a single or double event, each event should last 1-3 minutes.

 

十三、競賽規則Rules of contest：

「International Kuoshu Rules」revised and duly screened in September of 2018 by Kuoshu/Wushu Federation of the Republic of China

 

• 中華國術內家太極拳最新審訂規則。(含內家拳包括形意、八卦、太極拳、推手)。

The latest revised Rules of Chinese Kuoshu NeichiaChuan ( including xingyi, bakua, taichichuan, push-hand )

 

• 中華國掛技擂台最新2019年審訂國際規則。

The Rules of Chinese Kuoshu Kuachi Leitai revised in 2019

 

• 依據中國式摔跤競賽規則2019年審訂規則。
  The Rules of Shuai-Jiao(Chinese Wrestling) revised in 2019

 

• 兵器規定Rules of Weaponry；

1）長兵(限槍、棍、大刀、斬馬刀，其餘屬於奇兵器「兵器立地長度過耳」) 。

Long weaponry: ( limited to spear, club, hacking madao, others belonging to miscellaneous—while vertically standing on the floor, the weaponry shall be as long as over the athlete’s ear.)

 

2）短兵(兵器握於定手，長度過肩膀)。

Short weaponry (Gripped by athlete’s hand, the short weaponry shall be as long as over the athlete’s shoulder )

 

3）奇兵(長、短、小、軟、雙兵器)。

Miscellaneous ( long, short, small, soft or pair weaponry)

 

4）不符合規定兵器規定材質：籐製、鋁製、電鍍金各式兵器。

Non-prescribed material of weaponry: ( made of rattan, aluminum, or plated)

 

十四、服裝規定Regulation on uniforms：

• 拳術Forms：

拳術、兵器、對練均穿著無口袋白色半截袖漢裝、黑色灯籠褲、外繫巾帶。

forms, weaponry and pair event: white, half sleeves, non-pocket Han style costume; black, lantern style trousers with a waistband

 

• 徒手擂台、掛技擂台Bare-hand and kuachi leitai：

均穿著無口袋白色半截袖漢裝、黑色灯籠褲、外繫巾帶，外加護頭、護齒、護胸、手套、護襠請自備。

white, half sleeves, non-pocket Han style costume; black, lantern style trousers with a waistband, plus head helmet, gum shield, breast-protect, mittens and groin guard (jock-strap) brought by themselves.

 

• 摔跤擂台Shuai-Jiao Letai：
  男子摔跤選手應自備全套正式摔跤服裝(詳細規定請依據摔跤規則2019年第六條服裝規定辦理)，不合格者不得上場比賽，並視同棄權。
  The athlete must to prepare the all uniforms by themselves, please follow the Chinese Wrestling – Shuai Jiao Competition Rules Summary 2019.
  If the uniform does not follow the Rules, the contestant would forfeit the right to take part in competitions.

十五、獎勵Award：

(一)個人獎Individual Award：

1）拳術、兵器比賽Form, Weaponry competition：

「拳術(北拳、南拳、內家拳)」、「兵器(長兵、短兵、奇兵)」、「對練」7項，不分量級，依男、女實際參賽人數，惟每項每組參賽人數不足四人時，以三取一、二取一敘獎，一人不發獎，含棄權。

Forms ( Northern Chuan, Southern Chuan, and NeichiaChuan), Weaponry(Long Weapon, Short Weapon, and Miscellaneous Weapons), Pair Event, totaling 7 items: Regardless of weights, both men and women can take part in a competition of these items. If the number of participants in an item is less than 4, one of the 3 or one of 2 participants will be awarded. No award will be accorded to a participant who is the only participant of an item.

 

2）擂台賽Leitai competition：「徒手」、「掛技」、「摔跤」三項，按男、女分組，各量級前三名分別發給冠、亞、季軍、獎牌、獎狀，惟每項每級參賽人數不足四人時，以三取一、二取一敘獎，一人不發獎，含棄權。

Bare-hand, Kuachi, and Shuai-Jiao totaling 3 items: The top three participants, both men, and women, of each item will be accorded award of first, second and third place respectively. If the number of participants in an item is less than 4, one of the 3 or one of 2 participants will be awarded. No award will be accorded to a participant who is the only participant of an item.

 

3）各項(級)其發獎成績依下列規定辦理，如下列：

Awards for various competitions will be accorded according to the following way:

(1)實際參賽隊伍（人）數在16個以上，獲得最優級組前8名。

If the number of participants is more than 16, the top 8 will be awarded.

(2)實際參賽隊伍（人）數在14個或15個者，獲得最優級組前7名者。

If the number of participants is 14-15, the top 7 will be awarded.

(3)實際參賽隊伍（人）數在12個或13個者，獲得最優級組前6名者。

If the number of participants is 12-13, the top 6 will be awarded.

(4)實際參賽隊伍（人）數在10個或11個者，獲得最優級組前5名者。

If the number of participants is 10-11, the top 5 will be awarded.

(5)實際參賽隊伍（人）數在8個或9個者，獲得最優級組前4名者。

If the number of participants is 8-9, the top 4 will be awarded.

(6)實際參賽隊伍（人）數在6個或7個者，獲得最優級組前3名者。

If the number of participants is 6-7, the top 3 will be awarded.

(7)實際參賽隊伍（人）數在4個或5個者，獲得最優級組前2名。

If the number of participants is 4-5, the top 2 will be awarded.

(8)實際參賽隊伍（人）數在3個以下，獲得最優級組前1名。

If the number of participants is 3 or under, the top 1 will be awarded.

 

(二)團體獎Group Award:

套路之拳術、兵器、對練前四名按4、3、2、1，徒手擂台賽、掛技擂台賽、摔跤擂台賽

各級前三名按7、5、3計分，依總成績，前三名分別發冠、亞、季軍獎盃乙座。

The first four placings: each of forms, weaponry, pair event will be given 4,3,2,1point(s) respectively. The first three placings: each of bare-hand leitai, Kuachi leitai, Shuai-Jiao leitai will be given 7,5,3 points respectively.
Trophies will be given to the best score group as first place, second best score group as second place and the third-best score group as third place according to the total points each has obtained.

 

十六、組別Organization of delegations：

(一)每一國家(地區)組成一個代表隊。

Each country/region shall organize a representative delegation.

 

(二)參加擂台賽之男、女選手，每一量級不得超過兩人。

Both men and women participating in leitai competitions shall not take part in more than 2 weights each.

 

(三)拳術比賽，不分男、女，每一國家(地區)代表隊，每人可分別參加拳術、兵器及對練各一項(參加擂台賽選手，可同時報名套路比賽，不在此限額內)。

Forms Competition: Regardless of men or women, any member of a delegation can take part in form, or weaponry, or pair event (Those who participate in leitai competitions can also take part in Forms competitions).

(四)組隊職員：依領隊、教練、醫生、管理、秘書、等原則，按參加選手人數而設之。

The number of officials of a delegation including but not limited to, team leader, coach, doctor, manager, and secretary, shall be in proportion to the number of participating contestants with details as follows:

1）一至五名者，限1人。One official per 1-5 contestants.

2）六至九名者，限2人。Two officials per 6-9 contestants.

3）十至十五名者，限3人。Three officials per 10-15 contestants.

4）十六名以上者，限4人。Four officials per 16 contestants and more.

 

(五)大會裁判應具有中華國術國際裁判並每四年接受復訓資格者由本會聘任，不可自行推薦提名,由中華國術國際聯盟總會推薦。

A referee who should possess ICKF licensed certificate and receives refresh training every 4 years can be appointed by the ICKF to take the duty of refereeing for the championship. No referee shall be nominated or recommended by participating country/region.

 

十七、報名Entry：

(一)日期：2019年8月30日24小時以前，按規定完成報名手續(傳真或郵寄)。

Date: prior to 24:00 hours, August 30, 2019. Entry must be completed in accordance with regulations (sent by post or fax).

十八、費用Expense：

• 參加每位職員、選手報名費每天每人. 繳交歐元75元（雙人房）、每天每人繳交歐元90元（單人房）共5天4夜，含食、宿、交通及接機由大會統籌安排辦理，比賽期間保險、機票費自備，及其餘前後日滯留者一切經費請自行自理。

Each participating official and athlete shall pay entry fee 75 Euro per person per night (double room), and 90 Euro per person per day (single room), totaling 5 days 4 nights, Inclusive of the costs of board and lodging, and local transportation, The Organizing Committee is tasked to arrange the affairs of board and lodging and local Transportation (including pick-up at the airport). Insurance during the period of the championship, international airfare and the extra costs of board and lodging for the days before and/or after the tournament shall be at the expense of participants.

 

• 各參賽隊伍及隨隊裁判員,抵達俄羅斯進駐飯店，現場立即向俄羅斯組委會繳交所有款項，以歐元現金計算才可進駐飯店。

Upon arrival at the hotel where all participants stay, the participating delegations shall pay the prescribed fee (Euro) to the Organizing Committee immediately. After finishing the payment, they can carry out check-in

 

• 本會裁判受聘任者食、宿、往返機票請自理，受本會聘任不遵守規定及不支付相關費用者，將除去國際聯盟所有之職務永不續聘任職行裁判工作。
  Referees appointed by invitation by the Kuoshu/Wushu Federation of the Republic of China shall be responsible for their own costs of board and lodging, and international airfare. Those appointed referees who don’t abide by the regulations and refuse to pay the above-said costs will be withdrawn from the position of the referee and if the case is more serious, they may be deprived of the position as ICKF referee forever.

 

• 選手每人必需繳交報名費：16歲以上每人繳交歐元50元。16歲以下每人繳交歐元30元。

Entry Fee: Each athlete has to pay the entry fee, 50 Euro for athlete aged 16 or above and 30 Euro for athlete aged 15 or below.

 

十九、交通、食宿Transportation and accommodation：

（一）自2019年11月7日報到，隨隊職員、選手由本會統一安排辦理食、宿、交通，每人每日繳交歐元75元（雙人房），每人每日繳交歐元90元（單人房），往返機票及其餘天數請自理。
During the period of competition beginning from November 7, 2019, each participating official and athlete have to pay 75 Euro per person per day (double room) and 90 Euro per person per day ( single room), covering the costs of board and lodging, and local transportation.
The international airfare and the extra costs of the board and lodging for the days before or after the days of the championship should be at participants’ own expense.
The Organizing Committee is tasked to arrange the affairs of board and lodging and local transportation.

 

（二）住宿地點：俄羅斯區內或隨團住宿。

Place of accommodation: Donskaya Roshcha Kumzhenskaya Ulitsa, 2а, Rostov, Rostovskaya Oblast’, Russia 344000

 

二十、報到Registration：

• 參加競賽代表隊報到應於2019年11月7日24時(俄羅斯時間)前完成。The participating delegation shall complete the registration prior to 24:00 hours, NOV 7, 2019

 

• 各隊到達時間、飛機班次，應於正式報名表中填寫。
  The delegation’s arrival time, flight number shall be stated in the entry form.

 

• 凡臨時向大會要求參加競賽(含表演)者，不予受理。
  Individual (including demonstrators) requests on a casual basis for participation are all ignored.

 

二十一、各代表隊共同遵守事項：

The following items shall be followed by all participating delegations：

• 參賽選手原則必須需具備中華國術國際聯盟總會會員會籍資格，始能出場比賽，倘若該國未出隊參加則由該地區組隊報名參加。
  In principle, only the delegations who have been possessed of membership of ICKF are eligible to participate in the championship, with a representative delegation to be formed by the member country. In case a member country for certain reason is not able to organize a representative delegation to take part in the championship, a local kuoshu unit subordinate thereto should shoulder the responsibility to organize such delegation instead.

 

• 請隨身攜帶各國有效之個人身份證明文件，以便辦理報到、檢錄。
  Contestants shall carry with them valid identification documents for registration and weigh-in.

 

• 參加擂台賽隊員，報到時均須於報名時繳交最近四星期內身體檢查表、保險單，報名時及2吋半身照片3張，以備製作識別證等之用。
  Upon arrival for registration, an athlete who will participate in Leitai competition has to produce physical examination sheet has done within the last 4 weeks, insurance policy and 3 copies of 2- inch bust photos for an identification card.

 

• 工作人員及裁判員，報到時均須繳交2吋半身照片3張，以備製作識別證等之用。
  Upon arrival for registration, all working people and officials shall produce 3 copies of 2- inch bust photos for an identification card.

 

• 各代表隊必須按規定時間完成報到。
  All delegations shall complete the registration according to the established schedule.

 

• 大會安排之程序，非經大會同意不得變更。
  Without the permission of the Organizing Committee, no alteration should be made to the procedures set by the Organizing Committee.

 

• 選手應本以武會友、團結和諧、公平競賽之精神修養參賽，不得有失武德之表現或有影響大會運行之不當言行。
  It is with the spirit of solidarity, harmony and fair play that contestants participate in the championship. Therefore, any conduct and speech which violates martial ethics or impedes the progress of the competition contravene the said principle.

 

• 參加比賽服裝，依照本會規定之服裝穿著。
  Contestants shall wear uniforms as prescribed by the Organizing Committee.

 

• 領隊、教練及選手均應遵守規則、服從裁判，場內不得有妨礙秩序之言行，違者取消比賽資格，並驅逐出場選手應準時到場出賽，經唱名二次（間隔30秒），仍未到場者，以棄權論之。
  Team leaders, coaches, and contestants shall abide by the rules. Within the court, any actions and speech on the part of contestants that could impede the order of competition shall not be allowed and may result in disqualification or be driven out of the court. If a contestant doesn’t show up for competition after his/her name is called 2 times, each lasting 30 seconds, his/her right for the competition is dealt with as forfeit.

 

二十二、申訴抗議Protest：

• 凡具爭論事項，本規程未明文規定者，各領隊可於領隊會議時提出，否則以裁判之判決為準。
  If there is any controversial issue that is not specified in the Rules, the team leader may bring it forth at team leader’s conference for discussion to be resolved, or have it decided by the referee.

 

• 有關選手資格問題，應於領隊會議時提出，會後概不受理。
  Any problems with contestant’s eligibility shall be brought forth at the team leader’s conference for discussion. No more disagreement about this issue shall be raised after the conference.

 

• 其他事端，應由領隊或教練於該場賽後雙方選手未離場前即時提出抗議書，交由大會審判委員會裁決。
  For other dispute, the team leader or coach, before the two side contestants involved leave the court, may lodge the protest with the Jury Committee for decision.

 

• 凡經提出抗議者，須同時繳納保證金美金200元整，如提出之抗議事項，經決議為無效，沒收該保證金充為獎品費用。

Those who lodge a protest shall make a security deposit of USD 200 with the Jury Committee. The deposit shall be confiscated for prizes if the Jury Committee decides that the protest is unfounded.

 

二十三、其他Others：本規程如有未盡事宜，另案修正，如有爭議，以中文競賽規程及比賽規則為準
中華國際聯盟總會技術委員會為唯一對規則具有釋義的權力。
Amendment will be made to the Rules where some aspects are found not well conceived. In case of discrepancy between Chinese and English versions, the Chinese one shall prevail. The power of interpretation of the rules rests solely with the Technical Commission of ICKF.
